Dr. Jason Kehrer received his undergraduate degree from the University of San Diego where he graduated summa cum laude. He attended medical school at Midwestern University: Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine and graduated second in his class. Dr. Kehrer completed anInternal Medicine internship at Naval Medical Center San Diego and was ranked the #1 intern inhis program. After internship, he served on active duty as a General Medical Officer at Naval Air Station North Island in San Diego. He then completed a Radiation Oncology residency at the National Capital Consortium/National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, MD where he was Chief Resident during his final year of training. Dr. Kehrer is a diplomate of the American Board of Radiology.
After honorably serving his time in the United States Navy and achieving the rank of Lieutenant Commander, Dr. Kehrer and his family lived and worked in rural Northern California beforemoving back to Washington, DC and joining Associates in Radiation Medicine. He and his wife enjoy time spent outdoors hiking, boating and exploring with their three young children. Dr.Kehrer finds inspiration in music and his passion is playing guitar.
