Meet Dr. Kathleen Settle

Katleen Settle, MD


Board certified in Radiation Oncology, Dr. Settle earned a medical degree from Jefferson Medical College of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, followed by an internship at George Washington University. She completed a Radiation Oncology residency at the University of Maryland, where she was named Chief Resident in her fourth year. Dr. Settle also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, Virginia. 

Dr. Settle has received numerous honors and teaching awards. She is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Society of Therapeutic Radiation and Oncology and the American College of Radiology. She is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society

Dr. Settle joined Chesapeake Potomac Regional Cancer Center in 2007 and is well known and respected in the community.
